Job Title: Registered Midwife

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our team at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. As a midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to expectant mothers and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the needs of women, partners, families, and carers
  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating standards of evidence-based midwifery care
  • Providing full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening
  • Identifying high-risk pregnancies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practices
