**Job Responsibilities:** As a Home Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior of domestic properties in Horsham, West Sussex. This will involve working at heights for guttering clearances and repairs, as well as performing general repairs to the exterior of homes. You will work independently or as part of a two-person team, using your initiative to address day-to-day issues and providing proactive problem-solving skills.

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you should have experience in all types of domestic fencing, including chain-link fencing, as well as groundworks such as repairing and replacing concrete paths/ramps, paving slabs, tarmac, and underground drainage. Additionally, you should have brickwork skills, including repointing and general repairs, as well as experience in facia and soffit repairs/replacements. Your proficiency in gutter repairs and clearances, combined with exceptional customer service skills and confidence in utilizing IT systems, such as tablets, is essential for success in this position.

**What We Offer:** As a Home Exterior Maintenance Technician at Graham Rose, you can expect a competitive salary, a range of benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. Our benefits package includes no travel costs, with a company van and fuel card provided, as well as up to £1,000 Vehicle Responsibility Allowance per annum. You will also receive 27 days annual leave (including a 3-day Christmas closure) plus 8 bank holidays, as well as generous employer pension contributions at 3 times employee contribution, up to 12%. Other benefits include 4 x salary Life Assurance, a NHS cash back scheme, and fixed hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
