Site Development Manager - Data Centre
James Lewis Recruitment is working with a major player in the data centre sector to recruit a Site Development Manager to oversee the construction of a new data centre in Gloucester. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project within budget and time constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the project plan and schedule
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction align with project goals
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors and end-users
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Expected Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
