Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory processes to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies for warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a high-performing logistics team to achieve business objectives
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present inventory reports and metrics to stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures within a logistics environment
- Proven experience in FMCG/Ecommerce or Food warehousing, with advanced experience with WMS/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex inventory issues
- An attractive salary ranging from £55,500 to £60,000 per year
