Job Title: Survey Manager

Are you a seasoned surveying professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in building measurement and topographic surveys? We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Manager to join our team at Tailored Talent Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a team of junior surveyors in ensuring technical drawings are provided on time and to a high standard.
  • Undertake surveys using modern survey instruments such as Leica Total Stations, GNSS equipment, and Trimble X7.
  • Plot drawings on AutoCAD and REVIT (plans, elevations, sections, topographical information).
  • Coordinate all surveys in the business with a bird's-eye view across the team.
  • Train people and promote surveying best practices, ensuring future CAD/BIM standards and quality assurance processes are met.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and processing platforms such as LSS, N4ce, Cyclone.
  • 5-10 years of experience in building measurement/topographic surveys.
  • Trimble Real Works and Business Centre experience.
  • REVIT experience is a bonus.
  • Member of RICS.
  • Good organization, communication, and file management skills.
  • Technologically savvy with good working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
