GCB Recruitment is a well-established family-owned independent agency seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their team in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient service to clients.
- Conduct viewings and negotiate potential offers, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues and ensure smooth property management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Full UK driver's license and own vehicle, with a strong knowledge of the local area.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
