Job Title: Schedule Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Schedule Development Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our energy division, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules from start to finish, ensuring that they align with company goals and objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned planner to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our energy projects worldwide. With a strong background in project planning and a focus on schedule development, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain full familiarity with company policies, directives, and procedures, and suggest improvements to project planning methods, procedures, and practices related to schedule development.
  2. Develop resource-loaded project baseline schedules and S-curves to monitor and report project progress, playing an active part in scope management and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  3. Create project-specific planning procedures where necessary to support schedule development.
  4. Monitor the Planning manhour spend against the budget on assigned projects focused on schedule development.
  5. Ensure that the project planning network is set up in such a way that it can exchange information with the Electronic Document Management System and SAP if required, specifically for schedule development.
  6. Maintain full familiarity with all relevant software applications associated with planning (including relevant parts of the EDMS if required) and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to schedule development.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working options and professional development opportunities.
