About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Community Care Manager to lead our care team in providing high-quality personal care services to our service users. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activity and ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the care team to deliver personal care services to our service users
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and contracts
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual service user needs
- Monitor and evaluate care service quality to ensure continuity and improvement
