Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hot Tub Team Leader to join our Technical Services team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Hot Tub Maintenance Operatives and ensuring the highest standards of water quality and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Hot Tub Maintenance Operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure hot tubs and plant rooms are maintained to the required level, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Accommodation HOD to manage the hot tub team, ensuring daily cover is provided and holiday cover is allowed within the team.
- Develop and disseminate best practices among the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Audit and maintain accurate records of mandatory compliance paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Current UK Full Driving Licence.
- ISRM qualification (National Spa Pool Plant Operators certificate).
- Practical working knowledge of spa plant and operational maintenance.
- Proven proactive work ethic and good time keeping.
Desirable Requirements
- Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance.
- Team leadership experience at an equivalent level.
