We are seeking an experienced DO Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Inventum Group (Formally Wells Tobias) in London.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving processes related to Delivery Obligations (DO) and Ex Ante, developing strong relationships with program leadership, and supporting project teams in meeting performance expectations.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage end-to-end DO and Ex Ante for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with G3 plans and setting the right level of output, quality, and schedule for DOs.
  2. Develop outline DOs in partnership with project managers, guiding them through internal and external governance at key decision points.
  3. Support project maturity assessments as projects move toward investment decisions, with a focus on cost, schedule, and validation of assumptions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of DO processes and how they impact project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Salary Package

This is a competitive role with a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
