As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will bring your expertise to a wide range of services such as Dilapidations, Surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters. You'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and help drive the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead commercial projects across the private sector, working on diverse property types including offices, laboratories, and warehouses.
  2. Specialise in Dilapidations, Surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters.
  3. Collaborate with a highly skilled team on a variety of commercial projects, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
  1. MRICS qualified with extensive commercial experience, ideally gained at a larger firm.
  2. Proven experience across Surveys, Dilapidations, Contract Administration/EA/CA, with strong contract management skills.
  3. A well-rounded surveying background, with a bonus if you bring multi-disciplinary experience in Building Surveying and Project Management.
  4. A driven individual who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about business development.
