Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Syncreon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production lines and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyor systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and QA teams to prioritize and plan maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of maintaining production lines and equipment with minimal downtime.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
