Commercial Partnership Manager

EFL (English Football League) is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-performing partnership management units, establishing a detailed understanding of commercial partners' marketing and strategic plans, and leading on delivering all commercial rights. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of maintaining and developing high-profile partnership rights and what that involves throughout a contract term. They will be performance-driven, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict timelines, and able to establish strong relationships with commercial partners. The role will involve working closely with the commercial team to develop and implement a new commercial strategy, delivering record revenues across the Broadcast, Digital, Partnerships, and Licensing verticals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for launching a global, direct-to-consumer live streaming service and partnering with some of the world's biggest brands.
