Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility, a pioneering disability charity. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, sight loss, complex health conditions, and autism.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily care and personal tasks, including meal preparation, medication management, and other essential activities. You will also play a vital role in building relationships with the people we support, understanding their unique needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
To succeed in this role, you will require exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Autism and Learning Disabilities, Complex Care, Epilepsy, or Physical Disabilities. You must be able to demonstrate your skills and experience through a combination of education, training, and practical experience.
In return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
