About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Betsson Group as a Global Office & Facility Manager. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing and aligning our office and facility operations worldwide. With over 2,300 employees across 17 locations, we require someone who can ensure consistent, high-quality support that reflects our brand and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global standards for facility management, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Collaborate with local HR and office teams to address needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships globally, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Support space planning and expansion efforts, coordinating office adjustments to align with our growth.
  • Implement health, safety, and compliance protocols across all offices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facility management, office operations, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-site office operations, budget oversight, and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and solid technical facility management expertise.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse global teams.
What We Offer:

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive private health insurance, a fitness allowance, regular breakfast, fruits, and snacks, team-building events, and more.
