Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at a local secondary school in Fakenham and surrounding areas. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and ensuring the smooth delivery of lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage classrooms and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Supervise students during lessons and activities
  • Support teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a secondary school setting
