Senior Demand Marketing Manager - 1 Year FTC (Mat Cover)

The Demand Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and executing integrated lead creation and demand campaigns for Clarivate IP Solutions. This role drives and accelerates marketing growth, ensuring that marketing-impacted sales and revenue targets are met. The manager collaborates with key stakeholders within marketing, sales, and the business to grow demand at all stages of the marketing funnel, leveraging content and a multi-channel approach throughout. The role involves measuring campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle and driving toward optimization through testing and a data-based, iterative approach.

  • Ability to manage the full life cycle of marketing campaigns

  • Strong organization and project management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Lead development and execution of global demand creation and lead generation marketing for Clarivate solutions through integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Collaborate with product and industry marketing teams to identify target personas, leverage key value propositions, and align on business needs. Work with global field marketing teams on local application of global campaigns, understand local demand requirements, and support lead follow-up discipline with Sales teams. Employ appropriate marketing channels needed to achieve marketing reach and effectiveness; leverage data and results across all levels of the marketing and sales funnel, analyze performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals, and modify approach as needed. Embrace testing throughout the campaign life-cycle. Ensure that effective demand marketing occurs at multiple levels of the marketing and sales funnels, in cooperation with sales teams, to accelerate sales and revenue recognition.

This role will report into the Director, Demand Marketing within the IP Segment at Clarivate, working as part of a team of 4 Demand and Field Marketers as well as collaborating with the wider marketing teams within the segment. Full time, 1 year fixed-term contract position on a hybrid basis in our London office 2-3 days' per week.
