About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Magento Software Developer to join our established Magento Software Engineering team.

This role is suitable for a candidate with up to 3 years' experience in commercial web development using PHP frameworks, such as Magento 2, WordPress, or other PHP frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software architecture, design, coding, and technical development processes for building web applications.

You will work with an experienced team of certified Magento Developers, increasing your knowledge and experience in building ecommerce websites using Magento.

You will have the opportunity to gain further Magento Certifications to support your role as a leader in architecture and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute code to projects individually
  • Peer review code created by other team members
  • Architect and develop new integrations and custom extensions
  • Review comprehensive functional specifications to meet architectural challenges
Requirements
  • 3 years of commercial software development experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Magento framework, system architecture, themes, modules, functionality, and configuration
  • Deployment scripting across development, staging, and production environments
Desired Skills
  • Experience with any PHP-based framework
