About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Hand and MSK Therapist at Fitzwilliam Hospital, a leading independent hospital in Cambridgeshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled therapist to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. As a Senior Hand and MSK Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and hand conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and complex case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and hand conditions
  • Provide individualised therapy sessions, including exercise programs, education, and manual therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in Physiotherapy with significant experience in Hand and MSK therapy
  • Current HCPC registration and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • BAHT Level 1 or equivalent certification in static splinting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy when working with patients and colleagues

Salary Range
