Vibration and Noise Analyst for Electric Vehicles

We are seeking a Vibration and Noise Analyst to join our team at NIO in the UK. As an NVH CAE Engineer, you will develop SEA models and optimize interior quietness for user experience. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with VA One Software.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop SEA models and simulate airborne noise performance.
  • Present results and contribute to solutions for airborne noise requirements in challenging spaces with mass efficiency.

Compensation: £70,000 - £90,000 per year

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • M.Sc. or higher education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • VA One Software expertise.
  • Geometry preparation and meshing skills using ANSA & Hypermesh.
  • Acoustics, noise, and vibration analysis experience.
  • SEA expertise in the Automotive sector, preferably at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Confidentiality and willingness to travel to China as needed.
