CQC Compliance Manager Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of CQC Compliance Manager. As a key member of our Operational Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organisation remains compliant with CQC regulations.
- You will lead a small team and co-ordinate all CQC activity, including statutory returns, to ensure timely completion.
- With your expertise in CQC regulatory frameworks and DoLS, you will develop and implement effective strategies to drive compliance and quality improvement.
The salary for this position is estimated at £52,000 - £62,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and healthcare package.
