Our client, a leading geotechnical consultancy with 55 years of experience, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join their team in rural Hampshire. As a Site Geologist, you will be part of a mixed team involved in various projects, from small residential developments to large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

You will be responsible for estimating project feasibility, managing budgets, and conducting Phase I Desk Studies and Walkover Surveys. You will also carry out Phase II+ intrusive investigations, including risk assessment and interpretative report writing. Additionally, you will inspect project sites to monitor progress on remediation, direct the collection and field analysis of soil and material samples, and schedule samples for laboratory analysis.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who is qualified to Masters Level in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field. You should have at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably with another site investigation company or engineering consultancy.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes flexible working, profit-related bonuses, up to 28 days' annual leave, a company car (after qualifying period), stakeholder pension, non-contributory life assurance scheme, and professional membership fees paid.
