We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at PartsPlus. As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective control of inbound and outbound stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner, handling all parts with care and reporting any issues
- Receive and process special orders to support our customers
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with regular stock checks and maintain high standards within the warehouse
- Process customer returns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to record information accurately and efficiently
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software, with full training provided
