Key Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to resident care

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in childcare or social work
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration Package

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a casual user car allowance and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
