About the Role:
  • Crop Protection: Develop and implement tailored crop protection strategies for clients, ensuring optimal crop health and yield.
  • Nutrient Management: Offer expert guidance on nutrient management and soil fertility consultancy to support sustainable agriculture practices.
  • Soil Fertility: Deliver holistic agronomy services to enhance soil fertility and promote regenerative agriculture practices.
Requirements:
  • BASIS and FACTs qualifications or equivalent experience in agronomy.
  • Strong understanding of crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing field conditions.
Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
