About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Anglian Water Services.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to play a critical role in maintaining and improving our water infrastructure network. As a Sewer Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating high-pressure water jetting units and CCTV equipment to identify and repair issues on our sewerage network.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to sewerage issues.
  • Responding to incidents and completing planned maintenance work.
  • Collating and recording feedback from sites through our IT systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience or willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full driving license (with a 4.5-tonne license advantageous).
