About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure environment and upholding safety standards.

This is a 40-hour per week position with a varied schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible and proactive security presence for all on-site employees and visitors.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
  • Interact with clients, staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deal with customers and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of security experience.
  • SIA License.
  • Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable education or employment history.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented at all times.
  • Customer-focused, polite, tactful, and discrete.
  • First aid at work qualification.
