Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Instructor to join our team at Construction Skills College. As a Plastering Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, developing and adapting training materials, and providing guidance and support to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, demonstrating practical skills and covering relevant theory related to plastering.
• Develop and adapt training materials to meet the needs of students.
• Provide guidance and support to students, assessing their progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Must have on-the-tools experience working as a plasterer.
• Relevant teaching or training qualifications are ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Be committed to delivering high-quality training sessions, giving students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

• A competitive salary of £37,000 - £43,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time applications.
