We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Addition+. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire risk assessments for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire risk assessments for buildings of seven or more floors.
- Develop and implement effective fire safety strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fire safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in risk assessment within the built environment.
- Strong understanding of Approved Document B, BS 9999, and BS 9997.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health & Safety.

- Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000.
