Lead a Team of Care Professionals

As a dedicated Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents in our care home. With a focus on providing a safe and nurturing environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Our client, a leading care home group, is seeking passionate individuals to join their team. You will have the flexibility to choose between day or night shifts and full time or part time hours. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure residents' personal care needs are met with dignity and independence
  • Assist in nursing care and daily activities within the home
  • Report to the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead

Package and Benefits:

  • £22 per hour
  • Annual NMC PIN renewal paid
  • Enhanced pay rates for bank holidays
  • Paid breaks and provided uniform
  • Full DBS disclosure covered by the company

Requirements:

  • NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication skills and job knowledge
