Actuarial Director

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Non-life Actuarial team, you will be responsible for providing actuarial services to a portfolio of clients within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver actuarial services, including reserving, capital calculations, and Solvency II actuarial function duties
- Grow the portfolio through business development activities and ongoing client activities
- Lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of actuarial issues
- Insurance Actuary qualification
- Proven track record of delivering growth and business development
- Proven people leadership experience
- Extensive consulting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- IT literate to a high level, including expert in MS Excel
