Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store, and managing in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager: Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Manage in Absence: Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and Develop Team Members: Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Drive Sales and Results: Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities to increase sales, improving customer engagement, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for fashion, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
