Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to provide support to students with special educational needs in our Ofsted OUTSTANDING Special School. Our school caters to students aged 9-19 with a range of needs, including Autism and Speech Language and Communication difficulties. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop Individual Education Plans and ensure pupil safety and access to learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offering support to the class teacher
- Providing individual and group support to pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Autism, Speech Language and Communication difficulties
- Valid and enhanced child or child and adult DBS check
- Experience managing challenging behavior
