Job Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in providing superior quality Engineering Design services to support our turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively, considering all costs associated with the design and subsequent construction.
  • Utilize standard practices and maintain competitiveness in design solutions.
  • Provide estimates and feedback to the Proposals department.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Coordinate designs with internal and external disciplines to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate files and records throughout contract durations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working within a culture that prioritizes customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a personal development plan.
  • Assist in supervising and developing staff, ensuring a safe working environment and minimizing waste.
  • Design solutions that consider environmental issues and adhere to health and safety requirements.
