Job Title: Social Media Editor

At Ticketmaster, we're seeking a skilled Social Media Editor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content calendars to engage followers and grow our audience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Social Media and the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns via social media channels.
  • Attend events, press days, and interviews to capture content for Ticketmaster's social channels.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to devise creative social-first solutions for brand campaigns.
  • Report on channel performance in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running social media channels for a brand or publication.
  • Experience using scheduling software such as Sprout.
  • Educated to a degree level in Media, Marketing, or a related subject, or substantial experience in digital content marketing, social media, or journalism.
  • Able to write and edit copy quickly and accurately while adapting to brand tone of voice.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard.
  • Previous experience of using analytics programmes (such as Google Analytics) to report on social activity is highly desirable.
  • Experience with video and audio editing software is highly desirable.
