Job Overview

Gallagher's Llantrisant Office is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Handler to join their established and growing corporate team. This role is part of Gallagher's Retail Broking Division, which provides tailored business insurance, risk management, and risk transfer solutions for large enterprises and multinationals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a quality service to clients, acquiring optimal retention numbers, and driving growth opportunities. Key tasks include creating documents for new customers, managing policy renewals, and handling customer queries and credit control matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, professional indemnity, D&O, and motor trade/fleet.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a strong background in account handling and commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, meeting targets, and working effectively in a team. Key skills include risk awareness, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Chartered Insurance Institute qualification would be an advantage.
