Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the bar and restaurant operations, including managing daily activities, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Staff Development: Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Sales and Profitability: Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience: Previous experience in bar management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding solutions.
