Supervisor Opportunity at Savers

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Savers in Perth. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing and coaching your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail experience
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
