About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner Membercare Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our health club facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members, including cleaning open-plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas. You will also be expected to work with chemicals and cleaning equipment, as well as perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and hoovering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the facilities
  • Clean open-plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Work with chemicals and cleaning equipment
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and hoovering
  • Positively interact with colleagues and members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a domestic/cleaning role
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure at busy times of the day
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
