Job Overview
Finnegrogue, a leading food producer, is seeking an experienced Production Engineering Manager to lead our engineering shift team. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have accountability for the shifts' engineering workload, prioritization, and direction of the workload. You will liaise with the Production Team to ensure job requests are promptly actioned and work closely with the Engineering Manager to plan and schedule engineering shift resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering works meet and exceed site Health & Safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will have completed a Time Served Apprenticeship with a relevant Engineering qualification and previous proven experience of managing, leading, and supporting a team. Ability to work under pressure and respond to regularly changing demands is essential. Relevant experience within a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment is desirable.
