About the Role:

The Recruitment Administrator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and People Team at CITB. This role will be responsible for supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, completing pre-employment checks, and maintaining accurate recruitment data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Recruitment both internal and external candidates throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Support with the onboarding process for all new joiners, completing all necessary pre-employment checks.
  • Support the People Team with the accurate maintenance of visa/sponsorship colleagues and timely reporting to Business Units on right to work status.
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment data.
  • Assist with the accurate maintenance of employee records and ensure all information is up to date on internal CITB platforms.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR team.
  • Working with HR systems both HRIS and ATS.
  • Producing HR reports and metrics.
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail and accuracy.
