About the Job

ParetoFM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and growing business, supporting our clients across various sectors.

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services on client sites, ensuring smooth contract running and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our Regional and Account Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support services on client sites, including assisting Regional and Account Managers with holiday and sickness cover;
  • Conduct site spot checks to monitor staff equipment, uniform, and consumables;
  • Report delivery issues or service delivery shortcomings to Regional and Account Manager;
  • Assist with monthly audits, provide audit copies to clients, and feedback to operatives;
  • Assist staff with site content understanding;
  • Advise Regional and Account Manager on site updates;
  • Monitor Health and Safety, including toolbox talks and online training;
  • Report accidents, incidents, or near misses;
  • Advise on portable appliance testing;
  • Monitor Smart task usage and team booking in and out;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience of multisite working, time management, computer literacy, and a driving licence;
  • Awareness/knowledge of Health & Safety issues;
  • IOSH certification;
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office;
  • Desirable: Any relevant NVQ in FM;
  • Experience in soft services, ideally cleaning, including specialist cleaning.
