We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounts management software, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our accounts department. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, reconciliations, payroll processing, and providing administrative support to the Finance Team.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing. They will also assist with budgeting and forecasting, as well as provide administrative support to the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile company accounts and bank statements
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Team
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
- Proficient in accounts management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied hours (up to 24 hours per week)
