Job Title: Client Lead

At WB Power Services Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Lead to join our team. As a Client Lead, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects as a principal and subcontractor, driving business growth and success.

The Role
  • Lead a team of project managers and other essential staff to ensure project success and delivery.
  • Develop and define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation and allocation of project budgets, ensuring effective resource management and cost control.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment, project progression, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement risk management processes to mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Make critical decisions related to project governance, budget adjustments, and resource allocation, ensuring business objectives are met.
The Person
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within the generator or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CPD highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects to completion, with strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
