Job Description:

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance by leading the local compliance monitoring and assurance efforts, updating policies regularly, advising business units on regulatory requirements, ensuring consistent compliance obligations, and supporting GDPR adherence.

This role requires strong technical expertise in core compliance and regulatory practices, with a proven ability to apply compliance risk management effectively and deliver results to a professional standard. You will excel at project management with skills to prioritise effectively, communicate with impact, and drive projects to completion, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of compliance activities, including regular monitoring and assurance efforts, policy updates, and advisory services to business units.
  • Supporting risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, and project risks, analysing root causes of incidents, developing action plans, and contributing to the annual risk assessment process.
  • Managing regulatory changes by tracking updates, evaluating their business impact, and implementing timely compliance adaptations to stay ahead of evolving requirements.
