Are you looking for a challenging role in the automotive industry? Igloo is seeking an experienced Vehicle Preparation Specialist to join our team.
The Job:- We are looking for someone with prior experience working within an automotive bodyshop, preferably in a vehicle prepping role.
- You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, including full preparation, filler work, and sanding.
- Able to repair body panels using small to medium filler work, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Bag and mask vehicles to expose only the areas that need to be painted, following strict health and safety guidelines.
- Prime panels ready for paint, including bumpers and bonnets.
- Prep individual parts and panels for paint, including sanding, priming, and placing on racking.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Estimated salary: £16 per hour.
