About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Sustainability Strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability agenda and ensuring we continue to make a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead the development of our climate risk management framework and ensure it is integrated into our business operations
  • Collaborate with our ESG team to drive the implementation of our ESG agenda and ensure we meet our net zero targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including climate organizations and regulatory bodies
  • Provide thought leadership on sustainability and climate change issues and ensure our business is at the forefront of best practice
  • Lead on the development of our sustainability reporting and disclosure, including TCFD and ISSB reporting
  • Work closely with our risk management team to ensure our climate risk management framework is integrated into our overall risk management approach
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and climate risk management frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including climate organizations and regulatory bodies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality results
