Technical Project Manager Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager Associate to join our Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO) team. As an SIO Associate, you will play a key role in managing and delivering strategic projects, creating clear project plans, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
- Provide regular project updates and metrics for tracking and reporting.
- Take a hands-on approach to managing projects, ensuring accountability and ownership.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in financial services or management consulting.
- Proven experience with SDLC, waterfall, and agile methodologies (scrum, kanban).
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Preferred experience with project/product management tools such as Smartsheet and Aha.
- Complex/cross-functional project management experience.
