We are currently seeking a Transport Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our milk collection services.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a transport or logistics role, with a strong focus on team management and customer service. You will be based in Haverfordwest and Whitland, working closely with our drivers and customers to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of drivers to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard;
  • Assisting the management team in the day-to-day running of the milk operation, including dispatching routes and monitoring work in progress;
  • Maintaining good working relationships with drivers and customers to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently;

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £34,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
