About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience working in an Early Years setting, a strong understanding of child development principles, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our teaching team to design and deliver engaging educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality support to students in the Early Years setting, including individualized assistance and group activities
- Contribute to lesson planning, implementation, and assessment processes
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective educational strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across the curriculum
